Is Batanes safe to visit?

from what i have heard its one of the safest places in the philippines… no crimes.. hmmmm but it worries me too if i were to go there because it’s isolated and it being at the typhoon belt..
yeah but maybe if i have the chance then why not? =)

I just read an article from the inquirer about this place. I guess now is a good time to visit before it becomes very commercialized. And yes, youre right, its very safe to visit as long as you come there during the summer months. =_)
