La Romana

Casa de Campo was great. I learned to shoot skeet, and even though it jacked up my shoulder, it was worth it. It’s 1 more thing I can scratch off of my to do list! And we made lifelong friends with a woman who was kind enough to cook for us daily (one of the things caso de campo offers). It was weird, but she was like a mother to us.

I worked on a mission trip in La Romana. The Good Samaritian Hospital. This hospital helps thousands of people each year.

What can i say, though there is plenty to do (Golf, Tennis, Shooting, Fishing, Boating, Beach Bum-ing) in La Romana (particularly in Casa de Campo), one of the best things to do is simply nothing… or rather relax and enjoy doing nothing.

This place is beautiful, the water is breath taking.
