Bellevue Bar  — 1 year ago

It was owned, I believe, by Florent Morellet, the very same of Restaurant Florent, on Gansevoort Street in the West Village. Bellevue is now closed. Top chef Anthony Bourdain sported a Bellevue Bar tea shirt on a recent show about Vietnam. It don’t get any more interesting than that.
