Hah! I never went. My plans fell through, which is nothing new. I am already booked to go to Florida FINALLY in January for my birthday. damnit. :D

I am excited because I am going to Florida for a wedding in November!! I have never been and I can’t wait! I hear its beautiful there. I’m also excited because we are also visiting a friend in Tampa that we haven’t seen in a long time! YAY!

I’m currently doing my undergrad here.. UM :) I really like it.

My trip to Florida was at a point in my life where I was experiencing a lot of firsts. It was the first time seeing my father’s new life in Florida, it was my first time on a plane, my first trip alone and my first trip outside of the areas I have traveled to growing up.

A lot has happened in my life before and since this trip. Taking a solo journey alone strengthens the spirit and makes you trust yourself more.

I like Florida. I love the open sky and the warm of the sun on my skin. My trip was pretty busy so I plan to take another trip where I plan be a tourist and see and do the things I want to do.

I recommend going to Florida at least once in your life. As a city girl who grew up in the country it was like being home.

Basically, it’s a pretty awesome place.
Everyone’s really nice and obviously, Disney is amazing :D
We may be going a third time, it’s that good, haha.

I’ve lived in Florida my whole life and can’t imagine being anywhere else. I have a deep and profound love for the Gulf of Mexico. There is no other place I wish I was born at or that I want to die at.
