traveled at a young age with a soccer team. Most memorable, aside from the beautiful ruinious castles, were the townspeople. The guys at the sports store were particularly entertaining in their assessments of american “football” players.

I’m at University here, i love it, it has made me able to be the perosn i always was on the inside and live a happy life.

I visited Aberystwyth only briefly on a trip through Wales. It was January and chilly but the pebbled beach made quite an impression on me. I would love to go back – especially after having read the cheeky comedic detective novels of Malcom Pryce, which incidentally are set in Aberystwyth.

went to school here for my senior year (‘90-91) on a year’s exchange program from college. Wonderful small town, lots of history (there’s an old OLD castle in old-town that Cromwell blew up) and the people can be quite friendly (more so since I was Californian and not English =) ). Lots of good walking to be done. I’d recommend pubbing around by the waterfront.

Aberystwyth was the first place I felt at home and happy and comfortable!

I lived in Aberystwyth for almost three years, working at the ‘College’, the University of Wales Aberystwyth. I lived smack in the middle of town, on North Parade. I grew very fond of the town and would like to visit it again. I hope by that time I still have friends that live there!

AM here! I’m studying Accounts and Economics at Aberystwyth University, AND I LOVE IT SO MUCH!

I was born in Aberystwyth and lived there until I was 7 in 1987, when we moved to Scotland. I still have family in Aber and was there last year (July/Aug 2004) visiting my family. Its a great place, I love it.

I´ve been living in Aber for a month to attend a summer school, two years ago…I still miss the place with its beautiful beach and its kind people!
