This was a quick visit. This certainly is an attraction to see. Very beautiful and nicely done.

I loved loved loved this place! Granted, my friend and I picked the absolute busiest day of the year to visit. Oh well…I think I’m going to take a day off and try it again….but it really was fantastic! Two thumbs up!

I actually visited this amazing place as soon as it opened to the public. I went one, because of the group i was with. I went with a great group of young and very intelligent immune diffiency children …and I must say as many times that i’ve been to an aqaurium…this was one i truly took on all that was around me.I took a deep breath and began to smile…I’m saying all this to say not alot of children get the experience of certain things in life.In not so much detail ,(if you know any thing about immune difficiency children or children with any illnesses…)alot of the kids i enjoyed the aquarium with, were better off then others BUT too see the eyes,to hear the gasps, the excitement on their faces, and getting to touch certain creatures that they only dreamed of seeing in their favorite movie, was AMAZING!!..there was so much to see….

Maybe aquariums are for chidren or people that need to widen their horizons…..adults should just be there for your kids to take pictures..I honestly say nothing caught my attention towards bad views..besides the fact i wore heels to the aquarium!!!!!

Ga aqaurium…A beautiful experience for kids…or if you need to broaden your horizons!!!

    Whale Sharks!!!! ♥

You know, for the worlds biggest aquarium, they could/should have made their exhibits a little bigger. i went on a Thursday and there was still lines everywhere… to see the tropical fish, to pet the sting ray, the penguin exhibit especially… i’ve been to several aquariums around the country and i’ve never felt so crowded in one before…

just my little itty bitty two cents…

but other then that, i had alot of fun here… of course, my favorite area was the huge huge HUGE room with the peak at the whale shark tank! They said they had 4 whale sharks, but i could only count three at a time… maybe when i was there one of them was being kept in a separate tank? conspiracy anyone? lol]

I went here with my school on our class trip. It was pretty cool, but nothing spectacular. Pretty average when compared to its regional rivals. Still, the whales were really neat! It is a great Aquarium, but for the cost difference from others in close states, not really better.

We got lost around Atlanta. It was sad. We were an hour late, and we got there about an hour before it closed. We had to rush around, looking at everything. I suggest going here HOURS before it closes, so you can spend time looking at the exhibits because it’s totally worth it :)

i loved it! althought it was very packed, it was really fun. i liked where you could “stick your head into the tank”. ( the parts where you would go into a glass circle, especially the penguins) it made nice pictures. i also liked the way everything was set up, it was really neat.

    Not worth it!

My first visit will surely be my last.

The entire place was filthy…like sticky floor filthy. The staff was collectively the most unhelpful group of people ever gathered in one place. The overall attitude went beyond unhelpful, even, and straight into hostile. People who don’t want to have a job shouldn’t take it out on the patrons who visit said unwanted place of employment.

It’s not even finished being built yet and it’s already falling to shambles.
